Spinach, Mango & Pear Smoothie

  • Take the pear, leave the skin (but wash it) and remove the inner parts
  • The mango is a bit more difficult to cut and peel, but it will be worth it
  • Grab a handful of spinach
  • Fill in some water
  • Add some linseed or if you’re feeling hipstery and want to ruin the planet: Go ahead and use Chia seeds instead
  • Mix it all together

After a couple of seconds: You got yourself a smoothie
